Order Pick-Up Information

If you’ve selected the Pick-Up option at checkout, your order will be placed in our secure designated pick-up box, located on the driveway of our premises.

Please note:

By choosing pick-up, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Pick-up is at a private property. Please respect this by collecting your order from the designated pick-up box only, as our team is available by appointment only and not onsite for general walk-ins.

  • Once you receive your pick-up notification, we strongly recommend collecting your order within 2 hours. DTF transfers are sensitive to heat and humidity and should be stored in a cool, sealed environment.

  • Shinobi Transfers is not liable for any damage caused by weather, heat, humidity, or theft once your order has been placed in the pick-up box.

For everyone's safety and privacy:

  • Do not enter any restricted or private areas beyond the driveway.

  • Only collect your specific order from the pick-up box.

  • The premises are under 24/7 CCTV surveillance.

At Shinobi Transfers, we are committed to ensuring a seamless and efficient shipping process for your orders. Here are the details of our shipping policies to help you understand how your orders will be processed and delivered:

Order Processing Time:

  • Our goal is to print and package your order within 24 hours of receiving it.
  • Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.

Shipping Rates:

  • Auckland, NZ Post: $6.80
  • North Island, NZ Post: $11.80
  • South Island, NZ Post: $14.00
  • FREE Delivery: Enjoy free delivery when you spend $200 or more on your order.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Auckland: 1-2 Working Days (Generally Overnight)
  • North Island: 1-3 Working Days
  • South Island: 1-3 Working Days

Same Day - Urgent Courier (Coming Soon):

  • Stay tuned for our upcoming same-day and urgent courier service option for even faster deliveries.

Rural Areas:

  • Please allow an extra day for delivery to rural areas.

Delivery Partner:

  • Our primary delivery partner is NZ Post, known for their reliable service.

Tracking:

  • All deliveries are tracked, and tracking links will be provided to you. You can monitor the progress of your order in real-time.

Delivery Schedule:

  • Deliveries are scheduled on business working days, from Monday to Friday.
  • Delivery times are between 8 am and 5 pm.

Delivery Timeframe Example:

  • For example, if the courier driver collects the goods on Tuesday, you can expect delivery by Wednesday afternoon.

Weekends:

  • Please note that no deliveries are scheduled during weekends (Saturday and Sunday).

Delivery Timeframes and Unforeseen Delays:

  • While we work diligently with NZ Post to ensure timely delivery, please understand that unforeseen delays can occasionally occur in the delivery cycle.
  • In such cases, NZ Post will make a redelivery attempt on the next working day to ensure you receive your order promptly.
