Operating Hours:
Our team operates during business days only, from Monday to Friday.

Standard Turnaround Time:
For printing transfers, our standard processing time is 24 hours. Please note that this timeframe excludes shipping time. While we aim to complete orders on the same day, this depends on our job queue at the time of submission.

Rush Services:
If you require expedited service, we offer rush options for an additional $50 fee. You can add the rush service directly from our DTF Transfers tab. Alternatively, feel free to contact us directly to discuss your urgent needs, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Weekend and Holiday Service:
Please note that our operations are limited to weekdays (Monday to Friday). Any projects submitted outside of our regular business hours will be addressed on the next business day.

Throughout the process, we are committed to keeping you informed about the status of your project. Our team will provide regular updates and communicate any potential delays to ensure transparency and client satisfaction.
